Full service interior design and renovations

The consultation is our opportunity to meet for the first time, usually on site. This is where we get to know each other, develop a scope of work, get the feel of the space & your style, discuss budget and your general requirements to make the space functional and reflective of your style and personality.

Typical consultation is 2 hours.

Total Investment $350+HST

During this phase, we will determine the look & feel of your new space. We first present 2D floor plans to determine if we're on track with the design and then develop 3D drawings of the chosen layout, including:

- Site measure

- 2D drawings - floor plans, key elevations

- 3D drawings

- Millwork design and pricing (if applicable)

After your feedback when present the concept design, we will further refine the design. During this phase we will also create lighting and electrical concept plans and develop the millwork designs. Upon final design approval, we will turn the drawings into a full construction package for the contractor and trades. We will also create finishes schedules and other schedules as required.

We offer comprehensive home decor services where we can provide you with a furniture and decor package to complete the look, including:

- Sourcing fabrics, furniture

- Selecting ready made and/or custom furniture

- Decor items - area rugs, tables, seating, etc

- Lighting fixtures

- Window coverings

As your project manager, Allure Interiors will oversee the project from start to finish. We work closely with contractors, trade professionals and suppliers to ensure that the project runs smoothly and on schedule. We become point of contact for both you and the contractors, and are there to ensure the design concept is maintained. At the completing stages of the project, we are there to assist with resolving last minute deficiencies to close out the project.
